Muirhead Auction Company was established in 1983 after completion of the World Wide College of Auctioneering by Dave Muirhead and Dan Muirhead. They since have conducted hundreds of auctions in the state of Nebraska and surrounding states, selling all types of personal and real property. They offer a full service auction business, including clerking and cashiering with experienced and professional personnel throughout. A computerized clerking and cashiering system is implemented as well as state-of-the-art equipment.

      Dan Muirhead is a Graduate of Overton High School as well as the University of Nebraska at Kearney with a degree in Agri-Business. In 1996 he was crowned the Nebraska State Champion Auctioneer. He has his Real Estate Salesperson's license. He has conducted many fund-raising and charitable auctions throughout the state. He is also employed by Tom Cornwell and Associates Auctioneers in Aurora, NE and has assisted Tom with auctions in Iowa, Illinois, Missouri, Kansas, and South Dakota. He has also been a Board of Director for the Nebraska Auctioneers Association.

      Dave Muirhead is a graduate of Worldwide College of Auctioneering. He also holds a BA Degree, Real-estate license, and Insurance license. Muirhead Auction Co. began and remains a family business. Dave and Dan are auctioneers, my wife Garlan and my daughters Amy Schutz and Amber Muirhead are the cashiers and clerks. Our company has conducted all types of auctions in all areas of Nebraska and many surrounding states. We have also been fortunate to have assisted many reputable Auction firms with auctions.
